With more than 20 years’ experience in media, PR, economic development, campaign management and government relations, Craig Turner, The Campaign Coach, has had the privilege of working on a diverse array of federal, state, local, referendum and judicial political campaigns. As President of Momentum Public Affairs, LLC, based in Western New York, Craig handles public education campaigns and advocacy for some of the highest-profile issues affecting Western New York and Southern Ontario.
Most recently, Craig served as vice president with the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, WNY’s regional chamber of commerce, where he directed the organization’s business development and government affairs efforts. In that role, Craig oversaw the organization’s endorsement and Political Action Committee (PAC) programs, and lobbied regularly in Washington and Albany. Prior to his role at the Partnership, Craig spent several years as press secretary for the Erie County Legislature in Buffalo.
A veteran political consultant, Craig founded The Campaign Coach, his campaign management and training program for first-time local candidates, in 2015. He is also the host of the popular Campaign Coach Podcast, available on ITunes.
Craig is a graduate of the University at Buffalo. He is active in logistics and trade in Western New York, heading up both World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara and the Buffalo Niagara International Trade Gateway Organization (ITGO).
